Brevé Espresso Co. began in 1995 as one store in Downtown St. Louis, Missouri and has grown to become a team of locations across the area.
Owner, Kevin Wiesehan is a former engineer by trade, and found his love and interest for coffee while working in Seattle. He brought this knowledge and interest back to his home town of St. Louis with a passion.
His passion is for the the perfect cup of coffee; the perfectly roasted coffee bean, the perfect blend, the perfect roasting process.
This passion can now be found in each location. Breve is a supplier for Bunn Capitol Company, is served on campus at several universities, and can be found everywhere from hospitals to retail locations; and now online.
In recent years, Brevé Espresso Co. has launched an outstanding franchise opportunity called Café Brevé. The process is totally turnkey and allows the franchise owner the knowledge, support and expertise developed during the company's growth, plus the tools to its own growth and success.
